Conversion and Redundancy
The function of a frequency converter is to convert the input frequency to a different frequency at the output whilst retaining the input signal characteristics. In much the same way as a distribution amplifier with the exception of the specified change in the actual input frequency itself.
We have included in frequency converters the Quartzlock latest A6-CPS Digital Phase Locked Loop with Direct Digital Synthesis in a Clean-up Loop configuration, all on a very small PCB and Quartzlock A6-1PPS Locking Module.
The function of a redundancy system is to provide backup to mission critical applications were in the unlikely event that the master system should develop a fault the backup (redundant) system will take over ensuring system continuity.

A6 Frequency Converter
The Quartzlock model A6 Frequency Converter precisely changes typically either 5 or 10MHz sine wave signals (other frequencies available) to a number of other frequencies from 1Hz and 1pps upwards to other standard frequencies.
A6-DPLL and DDS CuL
This module is designed to overcome the disadvantages of narrow band width analogue phase lock loops used to lock relatively stable oscillators together, or to generate arubidiumitrary frequencies from a 10MHz reference with good phase noise, freedom from non harmonically related spurii and good short term stability.
A6 1PPS Locking Module
Module to control Rubidium Oscillator or OCXO from a GPS receiver with 1pps output.
